Your order usually will be shipped out in 1 or 2 days after you placed it first. Also please be aware that these services are not Time-Certain Services. The delivery dates are only estimations and it could take longer time in the international delivery due to the Custom Checks. Also the Holiday Seasons is the busiest time for the international delivery and some delays are expected.
Our shipping fees are based on Japan Post's weight and size rules. So it varies depending on what you buy, how many items you buy, and how heavy they will be. To make it simple, we put our "Shipping Calculator" in our shopping cart for free estimation.
We basically do not accept returns due to customer's convenience. If
you wish to return a non-defective item due to customer circumstances,
please contact us within 3 days of the arrival of the item. In the case of non-defective product returns, round-trip shipping (shipping when returning and shipping when shipping) Custom-made
products are manufactured and sold in a form that is close to the
customer's request. Basically, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due
to customer's convenience, such as different from the customer's image. In addition, we do not accept cancellations after ordering for custom-made products regardless of payment method. Please consider carefully before ordering and confirm the above before confirming your order. We
do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason for items whose
condition has changed from the time of shipment, such as items that have

Damages and issues Please inspect your order
